ChargeWest- Ride Your Range EV Resource

A new EV trip planning resource is now available from the ChargeWest project that VSCCC is participating in. ChargeWest is an EV corridor collaborative across eight states in the Intermountain West region that is committed to improving Electric Corridors throughout rural gateway communities, state and national parks, and scenic byways. The states involved are Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

The new “Ride Your Range Scenic Byways” resource helps EV drivers explore each state’s scenic byways. Each route is matched with EV charging and sorted by trip distance so drivers can choose their own range length, Home (short range), Long, and Wide Range, for easy road trip planning. The Arizona resource highlights the Apache Trail, Red Rock, Route 66 and Grand Canyon Scenic Byways.
